Hi, I'm Kayla Kitagawa
The Morning Brew Podcast began as a way for me to find my voice and stay connected to the people I cared about after moving several states away from home. What started as an excuse to catch up with friends quickly became something much bigger: a space for meaningful conversations and authentic storytelling.
Rejected, Respectfully - while cut from the same cloth - aims to bring to light stories about moments in the entertainment industry that dont often get spoken about.
At its core, Between Takes Media is built on connection: between host and guest, between stories and listeners, and between people who might otherwise never have crossed paths.
When I'm not recording interviews, you'll probably find me at a concert, reviewing the latest movie or TV show, working on a spray paint art project, training for a long run, writing, or spending time with my cats. These days I'm balancing a 9-to-5 career with the creative work I love most.
